Margaret (Maggie) Njamuku is Co-Founder of DoMitiX and serves as an Executive Director for all of the DoMitiX group companies. She provides strategic leadership across international business development, ecosystem partnerships and the global expansion of the DoMitiX platform.

Working closely with the Group's executive leadership team, Maggie plays a central role in shaping the long-term development of the DoMitiX ecosystem. Her responsibilities span corporate strategy, commercial development, organisational leadership and international operations, supporting the evolution of DoMitiX Nexus™, DIL™ and the Group's vision of creating an AI-native financial ecosystem that intelligently connects institutions, markets, assets and financial services.

In addition to her responsibilities within DoMitiX, Maggie is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Tokensphere Africa Limited, supporting the development of intelligent financial infrastructure and digital innovation initiatives across the African continent. She is also Founder and Director of The Maggie Njamuku Foundation, a UK-based charitable organisation dedicated to advancing education, community development and humanitarian initiatives in Kenya.

Maggie's expertise spans strategic business development, consumer behaviour, digital transformation, partnership development, stakeholder engagement and applied artificial intelligence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Psychology and is currently pursuing an MSc. in Artificial Intelligence, reflecting her commitment to advancing the responsible application of AI within global financial ecosystems and enterprise innovation.

Thomas Hodges is Co-Founder, Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of all of the DoMitiX group companies. He leads the Group's strategic vision, corporate development and long-term innovation agenda, overseeing the evolution of DoMitiX as an AI-native financial ecosystem connecting institutions, markets, assets and financial services through intelligent infrastructure.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning financial engineering, digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence and enterprise architecture, Thomas has led the development of innovative cross-border ventures operating at the intersection of fintech, healthcare, digital assets and intelligent financial ecosystems. His work has focused on designing scalable, compliance-driven platforms capable of supporting institutional adoption across Europe, Africa, the Americas, the Middle East and the Asia-Pacific region.

As the principal architect of the DoMitiX ecosystem, Thomas has driven the strategic development of DoMitiX Nexus™, the Group's AI-native financial operating environment, and the DoMitiX Intelligence Layer™ (DIL™), the proprietary intelligence and orchestration engine that powers the platform. His vision extends beyond individual technologies towards creating an integrated ecosystem where artificial intelligence, capital markets, digital infrastructure and intelligent financial services operate as one connected framework.

Jade Blancher leads the Group's global communications, corporate identity and brand strategy, ensuring that the DoMitiX vision is communicated with clarity, consistency and institutional credibility across international markets.

Jade works closely with the executive leadership team to support the Group's strategic development throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Her responsibilities encompass corporate communications, brand governance, stakeholder engagement and the positioning of the DoMitiX ecosystem among investors, institutions, strategic partners and the wider financial community.

Jade plays a central role in shaping the identity of DoMitiX Nexus™, DIL™, DMX and Capital Intelligence, translating complex technological innovation into a clear and compelling strategic narrative. Franck Lemelle is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of DoMitiX Holdings Limited, contributing practical expertise in infrastructure development, real estate, project delivery and operational planning to the Group's long-term growth strategy.

With a professional background spanning construction, real estate operations and infrastructure development, Franck brings valuable experience in the planning, coordination and delivery of complex development projects. His practical understanding of the built environment supports DoMitiX's broader vision of creating intelligent financial ecosystems connected to real-world infrastructure and long-term asset development.

As a member of the Group's executive leadership team, Franck contributes to corporate strategy, operational planning and the development of initiatives supporting the continued expansion of the DoMitiX ecosystem. His experience provides an important link between physical infrastructure, commercial development and the intelligent financial technologies that underpin the Group's long-term vision.

Working alongside the other founders, Franck supports the evolution of DoMitiX Nexus™, DIL™ and the wider ecosystem by contributing operational insight, project coordination and practical implementation experience across the Group's strategic initiatives.

Mobolaji Idowu is an experienced sustainability and ESG executive with over a decade of expertise in biodiversity conservation, sustainable development, and environmental leadership. He has successfully led multidisciplinary initiatives, working with governments, businesses, communities, and international partners to deliver measurable environmental and social impact.

Combining expertise in ecology, business leadership, and ESG strategy, Mobolaji helps organizations integrate sustainability into governance, investment, and operational decision-making. As Head of ESG at DoMitiX, he leads the Group's sustainability strategy, embedding environmental responsibility, social impact, and strong governance across the DoMitiX ecosystem in support of its mission of Capital Intelligence Building a Better World.
